SHIPPING POLICIES: We will normally ship the order within 24 hours of during the regular work week Monday through Friday. Orders received after 5 P.M. Eastern Time, including Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday excluding holidays. Unles circumstances beyond our control arise, we will notify you via e-mail or phone within 24-hours as to the nature of the delay.

RETURN POLICY: We  will happily refund the purchase price (less the 10% restock fee) for all returns within 14 days of date of purchase provided that themerchandise is in re-salable condition. If thhe item arrives in a damaged condition, this transaction will be handled by our warranty policy. We retain the right to frefuse refund when there is evidence that the product has not been cared for properly. Merchandice should be returned in its original shipping package.
